Annual Auction

Come one, come all!

TICKETS ARE NOW OPEN
for our annual Olympia Waldorf School Gala & Fundraiser -
"The Dreamer's Big Top"

Saturday, November 7th, 5-8pm
@Heritage Hall by Octapas Casssffe

The in-person gala will feature:

• Carnival games...for adults!
• A fortune teller!
• Raffles!
• A live auction of student-created class projects!
• Tapas catered by Octapas Cafe
• A dessert wheel
• "Raise Your Paddle" 
• Fun, wonder and delight, circus style

Early bird rate of $75 for individual tickets will be available through October 2nd. After the 2nd, tickets go up to $95. Carnival tickets to play the games, enter raffles, purchase drinks and more will be available at the event. This is an adult only event...get ready to play!

We will also offer an Online Auction that will open on November 1st and close November 8th 2026 at 9pm PST.

This online auction does NOT require a ticket to participate in and will run independently of our gala The Dreamer's Big Top on November 7th which holds a LIVE auction of classroom-made auction items and other special items. To attend the live auction, please visit our tickets page.

Many of our items (certificates for experiences or gift cards) will be sent to the winner by mail or by email. Physical items that do not fit inside of an envelope will need to be picked up at the Olympia Waldorf School. Thank you for your participation and for supporting our students and community!
